We use a standard tracked shipping method with our local courier – Poste Italiane.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
It greatly depends on where you’re located. It should take one week for packages delivered in the UE, two to three weeks for packages to the American continent and Asia, and four or more for packages to Australia.

You don’t need an account to place an order! But it will be simpler to place other orders if you have one.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can ask us via mail or whatsapp to cancel or change your order if we still haven’t shipped the package yet. If it’s already been sent than you have to wait for it to arrive and return it, taking care of the eventual shipping fees.
How Do I Track My Order?
We will send you an email containing the tracking number for your package as soon as we ship it.
How Can I Return a Product?
If a product is faulty please contact us and we will see that you get a replacement or a refund right away.
